Frequently asked questions

Tell us about you dental career?

graduated from the University of Glasgow after moving over from Northern Ireland and completed my vocational training in a practice also in Glasgow.  I joined Windmill Dental Care in 2018 and have dedicated my career to caring for patients in general practice.  I strive to keep up to date with modern dentistry, regularly taking courses and am committed to continuing professional development. In April 2019 I completed an extensive postgraduate training programme and passed a final examination to obtain a Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) at the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasg.)

Do you focus on any aspects of dentistry?

I provide a wide range of high quality NHS and private treatments tailored to individual needs. I understand that many patients are nervous about attending the dentist and put them at ease by taking the time to get to know them and building a trusting relationship with them.  Windmill Dental Care prides itself on being a family practice and I place particular emphasis on making visits fun for children and educating families on the prevention of dental problems.

What do you do away from work?

When I'm not at work I like to keep fit and have joined an Irish Football team in Glasgow!

All Windmill Dental Care dentists are registered with the General Dental Council and comply in full with the required Standards of Patient Care.
