What will happen on my first visit?

​

  • When you come in, you will be greeted by a member of our reception team, who will welcome you into our practice, designed with relaxation and tranquillity in mind.

  • You will be introduced to your dentist, who will carry out a full mouth assessment, carefully examining your teeth, gums and surrounding structures. We will measure your gums and assess your gum health, and will address any specific concerns or  reasons that have brought you to the practice. We also provide oral cancer screening as standard at all general dental check-ups.

  • We may take x-rays and photograph as necessary to aid with diagnosis and treatment planning. Should you need any further treatment, we will provide you with a detailed treatment plan, including estimated costs and timescales. You will always be provided with full information about any treatments, so that you can make an informed choice about your options.
